Black Buffalo laced handle.
A beautiful deep green, this is a rare hide for us. Easily mistaken for buffalo, it's a thick and supple hide, on a wider handle (approx. 1 1/4" dia.) and it's built for thud. On a scale of 1 to 10 (Velvety Soft to Very Heavy Thud) this would be an 8, with little sting.
